 Human Resource Management System

 using OrangeHRM

ProTech Ltd is an EPC company . The company has recently managed to win a  project from Tata Projects Ltd. ProTech being a new company needs to organize its Human Resource management system. The system should be configured such that it takes care of following:
1. Employee Personal Information
2. Employee Leave Application System         
3. Employee Timesheet and Attendance System 
4. Employee Performance Review System 
5. Recruitment Process

How does it work?

1. Employee Personal Information   

A part of personal information like name and contact details can be updated by employee himself once the access to the system is provided. The jobs and salaries of each of the employees are to be stated in the system along with their personal information  skill set, education details superiors and subordinates.

2. Employee Leave Application System  

The leave applied by an employee can be approved or rejected by the immediate superior. The number of leaves and holidays are defined for an employee for a particular period. The leaves are deducted from the existing balance if they are approved.

3. Employee Timesheet and Attendance System

 The employee is supposed to punch in and out his hours on a particular day and also fill the time sheet. Time taken to complete a particular activity has to be filled against it. The time sheets can also be approved or rejected by the immediate superior. 

4. Employee Performance Review System        

The performance review which being already done in the organization can be done online using the HR Management System.

5. Recruitment Process

The system also manages the recruitment process for various posts in the company. The organization structure, location and contact details of the company has to be defined in the system along with the various roles and their description.

Project Title : Complaint Registration cum Feedback System

Project Details:-

We at  Ruzer Mobiles manufacture 03 types of mobiles that are available for sale inthe market in the market.  I want to develop a Complaint Registration cum Feedback system that would have the following features:
  • A customer who has to either register a complaint or give a feedback should initially have to register with the company’s Complaint Registration cum Feedback system.                                                
  • Only a customer with authentic documents shall register their feedback/complaint. So the date of purchase or invoice number shall be used as unique code.                                                 
  • On registration an ID should be generated and the person then needs to sign in with that ID where he can choose between giving complaint or feedback. Also an email is should sent to the customer confirming that his/her complaint and/or feedbagk has been successfully registered.
  • Then when a customer registers with a complaint a complaint registration number should be generated for future reference.
  • The complaints should be categorical with respect to specific technology for easier access by our service team.
  • As the company will contact the customer within 24 hrs with a satisfying solution, the customer should be given a reference to track the list.
  • It would also be helpful if you provide a user manual for the customers.
